The fearless leader and philanthropist behind Konkord for over 20 years. Andy built this company on the belief that IT should serve people — not the other way around — and that philosophy runs through everything Konkord does.
A New Zealand native who found his home in Cincinnati, Andy is equal parts technology strategist and community builder. He's the kind of leader who shows up on a job site and a philanthropic trip to Haiti in the same month — and somehow makes it look effortless.
Matt is our resident sales and operations guy — though that title barely scratches the surface. When a vendor relationship needs sorting, Matt sorts it. When a client needs a straight answer, Matt gives one. And when a machine needs troubleshooting, don't be surprised to find him on the floor fixing it himself.
He brings a rare combination of business acumen and hands-on technical knowledge that makes him invaluable to clients and colleagues alike. He's the kind of person who actually reads the fine print so you don't have to.
Jason's official title is Director of Technology. His unofficial title is "if it can be fixed, I'll figure it out." From setting up grounds WiFi across 100 acres to designing and implementing a full Fortinet security infrastructure, Jason has done it all — and done it right.
He's the kind of technical lead who doesn't just know the theory — he gets his hands dirty and delivers. If Jason is on the job, it will get done. Full stop.
